In Eugene high-school i like how the teachers are dedicated to the students. Teachers in Eugene high-school is so invested in helping each student reach their absolute full potential, they are so caring, always have time for individual one on one help, and they even come in before school for tutoring and questions on homework. That's one thing that i loved having at Eugene. One thing to change is the student body exclusivity. Eugene is a small agriculture based town so the school revolves mostly around our FFA chapter and of course our sports teams. I wish that the drama club could do more then put on one play maybe they could have an improve night, the band could do more then play at basketball games maybe they could host a battle of the bands, or even the constitution team could host a trivia night. Instead of just having pep-rally's for sports this would give all students and activities something to be excited and hope for.

I came from a school with around 250 students in my graduating class, I had went there from kindergarten until my sophomore year of high school. When I had moved, I was very nervous about moving to a school with 47 students in my grade, almost the amount of students in two class periods at my previous school. I knew everyone would have probably known each other for a very long time, and I was very shy in my sophomore year. I was pleased to experience moving to Eugene. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to my move. I gained some of the most supportive and wonderful classmates that I could never have imagined. Moving here was a blessing in disguise. My grades went higher than they had ever gotten at my previous school, and I had opportunities I never thought I’d be able to have. The staff was very helpful as well, always providing a shoulder to lean on in regards to my grades and any other things I needed answers on. I am very glad I switched to this school.
My experience at Eugene High School was great! It was the perfect fit for me. It is a small town school with not many students in the classes allowing more one on one time and the availability to ask questions.
