The school bulding is in very good shape. The classrooms are large enough to accomodate approximately 30 students, but some students complain about the classrooms that don't have air conditioning. The school is well cared for, there are lovely murals displaying a sense of patriotism and academic growth. The staff is friendly enough. The school's reputation has improved drastically in the last few years, which really shows. A low income housing project is very close to the school though the area is very peaceful. Traffic is not an issue, since there are many streets leading to and away from the school.
As with most public schools in Puerto Rico, there could be a few improvements, but I think this is a run-of-the-mill school in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
