Erie high school has by far been one of the best schools I have ever attended. The students and staff at this school are next level and want nothing but the best from you. The amount of love and support I have received from teachers and administrators throughout my four years here is overwhelming and I am so incredibly lucky to call this place my school. However, if I could change one thing about Erie High it would be the rules set in place, I personally feel like some of the rules we have are a little overboard. I understand the school is protecting us; however, I feel like our school could be a little more lenient towards some rules. Overall, I love Erie high!

Erie High School offers a great education to students in the area and provides a welcoming community. The amount of AP courses available is phenomenal and the exam results are typically higher than most in the state. However, the school lacks diversity and inclusiveness. Many sports, though, have fantastic coaches and success with moving students to a collegiate level. Also the fine arts department is stellar with very talented students and faculty. It is also a super safe environment to be in with many safety reinforcements. In comparison to other high schools in the surrounding area, the students represent Erie well. They are encouraging, supportive, gifted, and overall kind.
Erie High School is one of the most welcoming high schools I have ever set foot in, boasting a beautiful open layout where all of past EHS accomplishments are celebrated in display cases. Erie has a very friendly and inclusive culture, an ideal long promoted by the wonderful administration. Erie has the highest rate of academic success overall in SVVSD, with highest SAT scores, highest SAT improvement scores, most enrollment in AP classes and AP exams, and even the best graduation rates. EHS also has excellent athletics, music, drama, engineering, journalism, and AP Capstone programs, and is continually improving its programs each year, providing excellent educational opportunities for students interested in a variety of fields. Erie is a very successful high school.
