As a graduate of an international student, I highly recommend my school. EFCA is a small atmosphere, which is very safe. Teachers show great care for students. On my first day at school, I was unfamiliar with everything. School sports are very competitive, especially basketball, I also joined the school basketball team, in the process of training and competition, explained a lot of American friends.
I have gone to Erie First Christian Academy for ten years total. I love my school. There are some things that could use changed but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. It's a small school but that means that all the students are very close-knit. The teachers care a lot about the students and are there to support them. The athletics are very good. We have co-op programs with other schools for football and track and we are PIAA for volleyball and basketball. There are also a few club sports such as soccer. I played volleyball and soccer and I loved it. I was able to take honors classes at my school but I wish there were more available to me. I also got to take dual enrollment classes at Gannon University through my school. I have been on student council for three years and have greatly enjoyed it. I have loved Erie First Christian Academy. The atmosphere is great and there are a lot of international students so you are introduced to many different cultures.
