I went to epiphany school for 4 years. A lot of the students were very mean and their was a lot of bullying so much that several students left mid year. The teachers were nice and the academics were good. Overall nice school
Great school! Engaged, caring faculty and staff; beautiful campus integrated into a lovely, quiet neighborhood; creative and responsive academic programming; a friendly, active and closely-knit community. Also a great place to work. :)
I have two daughters who graduated from Epiphany School. Epiphany gave them a solid foundation in academics and social-emotional learning that set them up for success in middle school and beyond. I credit this to the amazing faculty, staff and administrators at the school who are all passionate about elementary education. They truly know and care about each child, and continuously strive to provide an exceptional, innovative teaching and learning experience. Over their years at Epiphany, my daughters were supported while being challenged, and their curiosity and love for learning was developed as they grew into confident and courageous students. They also learned how to be a good friends and leaders, whether in the classroom or on the playground. Our girls thrived at Epiphany, and our family really valued being part of such a supportive and welcoming community. I can’t imagine a better start to a child’s educational journey than the one provided at Epiphany School.
I have had 2 kids here since preK. One is now in 5th and one in 3rd. It has been the warmest community with the best, most caring teachers. We have felt extremely lucky to be part of this community for the last 7 years. My 2 kids are extremely different and both have thrived.
Strong elementary school with thoughtful academic philosophy, strong teachers and an engaged parent community. Also note it's not a religious school despite the name.
This is my family’s fifth year at Epiphany School and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community. One of my kids had a traumatic medical diagnosis a couple years ago and the school provided so much support, to include teacher visits to our home, counseling for the sibling, and meal trains led by other parents. The head of school even had regular meetings with us to find ways for the school to best support my child. I trust the school leadership and teachers to provide a safe and caring learning environment for my kids, and I am especially grateful for their hard work during this pandemic. My children are thriving academically and they love school.
We have three children attending Epiphany School and are impressed with the leadership, teachers, and community. The school creates traditions for students and families that will be lastly memories. Epiphany's focus on executive functioning, social/emotional learning, and student confidence are three of the biggest benefits we have found at school.
Epiphany has been a place of warmth and structure for our sensitive and precocious daughter. She has thrived in so many ways from social emotional growth to being more comfortable speaking confidently to her class. Academically, she has been challenged in her strong subjects, as well as receiving extra help where needed.
Our daughter started in Kindergarten with so many tears. Her teachers supported her and made her feel welcomed, and provided her a safe place to be vulnerable. We have been so pleased with the school and sense of community.

I am constantly impressed with Epiphany's teaching staff and their dedication to the students' academic and social well-being. The administration is equally as fantastic, and has handled re-opening the school during the pandemic with the utmost regard for everyone's safety and well-being. I highly recommend this great community school.
We chose epiphany because we were impressed by the emphasis on social emotional development and personalized education. Now that we are enrolled, I am even more blown away by how they are truly able to personal the educational experience and how connected they have become to our whole family in order to do this. It is a true community and I feel like their entire staff is in touch with every member of our family – even those too young or too old to be enrolled.
So much about this year has been destabilizing, which is why we write with profound respect and gratitude that Epiphany has offered our kindergartener a sense of stability, community, and normalcy during such unpredictable times.
That our child feels grounded by school; has exceptional opportunities for learning and play despite the pandemic; and truly feels part of the ES community in her first year, was all made possible by Epiphany’s dedicated teachers, staff, and brave administrators who blazed a path towards safe reopening during uncharted times when so few schools across the country had yet to do so.
Tireless research and planning were matched only by transparent communication, warmth, and kindness from the whole ES team. Through action and process, ES has not for one moment strayed from its mission; our child’s happiness and growth is a testament to the fact that through crisis Epiphany has shown itself to be among the best that Education can offer.

I've had two daughters graduate from Epiphany and now we have a son that just started there. This school has the most incredible teachers and staff. Everyone knows all the kids and cares so much about them. They are great at individualizing their education for where the kids are and what they need. They have a good support system for those that need extra help, and for the kids that are further ahead, they keep them challenged as well. This year during COVID they'd done an incredible job keeping the school safe and open. Communication is great and I always feel in the know on what is going on. This is a great school and the kids are so lucky to have such a wonderful place to learn.
This is our first year at Epiphany, our children are in K & G3. Prior to moving to Seattle, our children attended a private international school in Asia so finding the best fit school for our family was #1 priority. We prioritize our children receiving a holistic education, value the importance of social and emotional learning, and want a diverse, empathetic and inclusive school atmosphere.
We are very happy and privileged to be at Epiphany, the school has delivered and exceeded our expectations, and leadership have shown tremendous agility and vision in navigating unprecedented times. Our children are thriving, faculty are passionate and very high caliber, and have been true partners, empathetic and engaging.
Epiphany have also impressed us with all the resources available to students and families. Superbly low teacher-student ratios, newest technology devices for students, and leadership that is adaptable and decision making focused to solve immediate needs.

We're new parents to Epiphany with a child in Pre-K. We visited a number of schools, and our take-away from Epiphany is that the best gift we can provide our children is education. We were very impressed by the end-to-end introduction to the school and admissions process. Since enrolling, we've been quite impressed with the care, attention and resources provided to children and communication to parents.
We recently moved to Seattle from Colombia, South-America and we have found in Epiphany an incredible community that has supported not only our son but our entire family. Even during these difficult times, Epiphany School has adjusted to these incredible changes with amazing commitment, dedication, and innovation. We looked for a school that would offer our kids academic excellence balanced with a healthy, and happy learning environment. Our son has shown us that Epiphany is a place where you can be happy and learn and this means the world to us.
We are thrilled and thankful to be a part of the community at Epiphany School. Our son began his journey at Epiphany this fall – what a year to be entering Pre-K! Well before his first day of school, we felt embraced, welcomed, and supported by the administration, faculty, staff, and other families at Epiphany, and we knew right away that we had made the right decision for not only our entering student but our whole family. More importantly, everyone at Epiphany took the time to get to know us and our son in order to place him with the best possible Pre-K teaching team and classmates. Even under the very difficult circumstances of the current school year, our student is not just progressing but thriving in his fantastic Pre-K classroom. This year we are especially thankful that Epiphany has made every conceivable effort to implement thoughtful, informed, comprehensive, and effective health and safety protocols so that all students could return to in-person learning on campus.
When we relocated to Seattle this year, the most important decision we had to make was to find the best possible school for our Pre-K son. Our first choice was Epiphany. Why? Impeccable reputation, wonderful facilities, accessible administration, passionate teachers, and the list goes on. But what convinced me was when I asked the staff and teachers "Will you love my child?" Everyone answered "Yes", without hesitation. And it was sincere and authentic. Our son loves going to school and truly loves his teachers. He is thriving. Choosing the right school is the most important decision a parent can make that will influence a child for the rest of their life. We made the absolute right decision by selecting Epiphany.
This is a special school, the teachers and staff know every child as an individual and make sure they are well supported.
Epiphany is a great place to go to school with top notch academics, kind, engaged and responsive staff, and it proves to be a good preparation for middle school. Diversity can be a sticking point but the management is making great strides in this area. Music and art is fantastic as is the Fit for Life program offered here. The teachers are some of the best you would encounter and lessons are fun and engaging.
I work at Epiphany School and have never experienced such a warm and committed group of faculty and staff. The teachers truly know every one of their students and are able to foster a joyful and dynamic learning environment where students of all backgrounds, skills, interests, and learning styles thrive. Both the academics and the social-emotional learning approach are top-notch.
