Energized for Stem Academy High School aka ESTEM, is actually a good school. At first like any other student, I thought it was a boring school with nothing fun to do just because we had a lot of classes and work but as I grow and I go from grade to grade, I learned that having up to 6 to 7 classes a day is not bad. We don’t only spend time inside the school all day. They take us outside and for lunch we can go outside. This school is a good school to grow on. I spend all my life in this school and I don’t regret it.
This high school does an amazing job at preparing their students for college. They offer dual credit and other resources to help guide and prepare for life after high school. There is some improvement to be made such as the need for more teachers and more extracurriculares for students who would be interested in sports or theatre.
E STEM was a life changing experience honestly. I went in a completely different person with closed-minded view on life, and after these past years i have learnes so much about the world and myself. The teachers truly show that they care about your education and they want you to succeed by constantly showing their support and offering guidance. I truly believe that this school has so much potential to do great things for the community and I can't wait to see what's to come of it in a few years.
