There have been a few hiccups as far as getting help from the administration for a variety of issues. Also the tuition increased $1000 with no notice and basically they said because it is a new semester they can increase tuition and “couldn’t text all of us” about the change. Kind of rude but, okay. They are under Denver Public Schools so the influence and changes really stem from there first. There is no student parking so I pay $11 every day. The instructors in the cosmetology department have all been wonderful and offer very valuable information and engaging styles of teaching. This school is a very diverse community which is a huge positive. Overall I’m mostly satisfied with my experience here.

I've have taken two programs, Nurse Aid and Cosmetology at Emily Griffith Technical College. My experience at this college by far has been the best. The instructures have been very knowledgeable and helpful. There is also many resources available at Emily Griffith Technical College, that will help you with anything you might need help with. I strongly encourage to attend to this college if you are a hands on learner, the programs are very hands on and straight to the point. They will also help you to find a job, in the program you decided to take.
So far Emily Griffith has been a great college to attend they are very affordable and have a really great payment plan. The program includes a lot of classwork but also a lot of hands on. Sadly we don't have any sports, that could be something to add. Another thing I dislike about Emily Griffith is that there is not enough teachers for the amount of classes being taught in the automotive industry. The diversity of the college is amazing all types of races, age, and gender it's a great place to meet new people. It's also great that safety is their number one priority! Overall it's a great college that works at a very fast pace and gets you trained for the chioce of your career.
