Elwood High School has many teachers that are invested in your future and will do what is needed to get you there. Our teachers treat everyone with respect and always encourage us to do our best. Our school, though small, contains lots of team spirit and we are always eager to have some fun.
While we are a good school I hope that our administrators can create a better plan to better assist kids in preparing for college. Our counselor is just now learning the importance of working towards college early, and because of this some of us kids have fallen through the cracks. I hope that in the future Elwood kids will feel more confident in preparing for and going to college.

I have had a really good experience at Elwood. Most of the teachers and staff really care about you and want to see you succeed and do good things. They are willing to put the time in to help you and will get you what you need. Also, they keep the school updated and also the systems we use. A change I would make would be in the administration and chose someone who cared more about the kids and teachers.
Food is fine, cafeteria is definitely old. Lunch ladies are nice but they make it fairly apparent that they don't want to be there. Some of the food I definitely don't eat.
