Being a student at Elmont Memorial High School has been one of the best experiences of my high school career. The teachers, the students, the diversity and everything else in between has made going to Elmont such an enjoyable experience. Being a student that really taught me to enjoy every moment of the day and to never be afraid to put yourself out there. One of the best programs at the Elmont Memorial High School has to offer is the Model United Nations club. This club has been one of the best experiences that I’ve been a part of in my life because it’s more than a club, it’s a family and we all look out for each other. We help each other to improve our public speaking skills, gain more information about world issues, and to teach other kids about how to gain more confidence when speaking. Elmont definitely has something for everyone and I loved being able to spend my high school career at this school. I couldn’t think of a better place to gain my high school education.
Elmont High School is the epitome of a school where students from all different kinds of backgrounds are motivated to do one thing. That is learning. The teachers are wonderful, they continuously encourage students to succeed. This school not only helps students academically, but athletically as well. This school has strong academics and an amazing sports dedication!
Elmont is a great high school. I felt warmed welcomed when I first went to school there. Everyone is polite and is motivational to being successful the classes and teachers can be tough but they strive for success!
