There is always a way to find help.
It easy to avoid things you don't want to be involved in, and people are accepting when it comes to race .. ect.
I feel that our school is small and we try to keep our traditions in our danish community rich and going.
For a small school I feel there are enough options for the students to participate in.
It average school food. They are good at making sure their students with special diets have different food.
The school is pretty supportive when it come to all the sports. I think that all the students try there best to go and support each other.
I feel that there are some teachers that have done a better job for providing us with the real world experience, than other teachers. I would also say that the few teachers that have helped me decide what I want to do as a career have also have taken me places that will prepare me for college and whatever else that job force will bring me.
Only the very basic sports are offered but most of the student population will be there to cheer on the team.
I did not feel challenged during high school I would have liked to have had the opportunity to take some advanced placement courses, but none are offered at the school.
While I enjoyed my time playing sports at this school it is hard to fit in if you do not play sports or you aren't Danish. I spent a lot of my time during high school in a different town.
Food is always extremely greasy and usually anything healthy was nonexistent. A lot of days I went without lunch instead of paying for the food I would not eat.
I don't recall any clubs being available to join. The school probably did not have any funding for them anyway.
The principal was not very helpful with problems. The guidance counselor was not easy to speak to about personal issues.
Our dress code is ridiculous.
There is little peer pressure & the school is very open to all kinds of students. Rarely is race/sexual orientation an issue. Students can get involved in many different extra-curricular activities.
There are usually very few cases of bullying. Students can feel safe in this school. The community is very open and accepting so little violence occurs. Usually there are no strict security measures to follow.
