We have absolutely loved EHA and consider it a branch of our family. After searching for many preschools in the area, we discovered Elijah House and fell in love with the classical education model with wholistic learning, christian education, and a true love and respect for the entire child. We feel that our students are safe, accepted, loved, and nurtured to be their best person. We already enrolled again next year and feel blessed to have found such a great fit!
I like that the teachers pay attention to there students. They actually take the time to make sure they know what they are supposed to.
Overall, it was a good school, but being in the classroom is different, especially in the high school environment. In high school, there are the teachers that come right out of college to teach. Sometimes this case is okay, but many students challenge the teachers because they are close in age, and the teachers do not know how to hand the students, either.
