ECOT changed my life. I was a shy, awkward and anxious highschooler. Bullies were relentless. Entering ECOT saved me. Not only escaping the bullies, but my GPA vastly improved. I would never want to go to school out of fear, and depression and anxiety over being bullied gripped me to the point I had no energy left to go to school, or do work. I'm so happy I went to ECOT. A major concern for parents who are considering registering their child there is that their child may miss out on the "high school experience". That is, prom and field trips, graduation and hands on learning. At ECOT, you still get all those things. Teachers run local field trips, there is a junior and Senior prom, and A HUGE graduation ceremony!

I graduated through ECOT while working 30+ hours at my part time job. My teachers and classes were so flexible, I was able to get an education while getting work experience! My assignments were easy and straight forward and if I ever had a problem, my teacher would always be available to help! The free tuition was definitely helpful and I would recommend ECOT to any student needing a change from the “ordinary” classroom.
ECOT changed the course of my life. When my former school system refused to educate me due to the special accommodations required by my severe health conditions, ECOT welcomed me with open arms. From day one, the staff and teachers did everything they could to help me succeed. Upon graduation, I was even able to achieve my lifetime dream of becoming the valedictorian of my graduating class, all because ECOT looked past the limitations of my physical body and gave me the tools to unleash the potential of my mind. I will be forever grateful to ECOT and proud to be an alum.
