Edison High School is a very diverse school in which made me feel comfortable attending there. They have all sorts of clubs to help students get out of their comfort zone and meet new people, all while benefiting them to succeed. AVID is one of the best programs offered at Edison since it prepares us for college and explains the expectations and requirements needed. The staff members such as teachers and hall monitors ensure that students are safe and attentive with their academics. Overall, Edison is an amazing school and I am glad to have attended that school from freshman year to now as a senior.
My experience at Edison has been great. I really liked the staff the school has, the teachers are all great in their own ways. All my past teachers have been really great and it was a pleasure to be in their class. The campus has newer buildings and they're really nice. Something I would change about the school is the locker rooms, they need to be revamped. Other than that I wouldn't change anything else. When I started this school my freshmen year, I met some amazing people. Because of Edison I made friendships that'll last a lifetime. I truly did love my four years at Edison.
This school in my experience is enjoyable but can sometimes be a mess. For me all the teachers here can be nice, and care about you. The only problem I have is many troublesome kids, and this school is known for having a lot of fights. Furthermore, they do offer many classes that can prepare you for college; one is AVID. Here they prepare me by starting to apply for colleges and choosing the path you want for the future. Secondly, we do have quite a lot of delta classes which are college classes. We can earn college credits if you do these classes. Furthermore, the campus is beautiful, and our lunches are ok but I don’t eat here so the food is ok but not the best either. Lastly, you should come here as they do have many clubs for students to go and enjoy. We also have programs to help you improve your grades like summer school, or if you fail a class you retake it online in cyber high, and Apex Learning. I hope you enjoy it here I stayed here till my senior and try to have fun.
