Edison High School is open to students with learning differences such as dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Tourette Syndrome, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, Visual Perception, and Nonverbal Learning Disorders. Each student and family is interviewed before admission to ensure a good fit.
The mission of Edison is to empower students with learning differences to experience academic success and personal growth while preparing them for a productive future. Guided by a set of core values, we are student-centered and characterized by collaboration, dedication, accessibility, and organization. Our students become future-ready. With an average class of nine students, students receive the customized support they need to thrive.
Located on the campus of Jesuit High School, the collaborative relationship between the schools allows students to benefit from small classes while participating in classic high school experiences like sports, theater, and school dances.

A Supportive Learning Environment
Edison builds social-emotional and academic support into each day in many ways, including our eighth period and advisory programs. Eighth period is an opportunity for students to get homework help, ask questions and develop collaborative relationships with teachers. Faculty-led advisory groups include students from all grades and focus on building organizational, transitional and social skills.
