E.C. Goodwin Technical High School Reviews
Rating 3.54 out of 5 80 reviews
If I could, I would rate my school as an 3.5 out of 5 because the school is good but their are no field trips, clubs are inconsistent, a lot of teachers have left so half the school are substitute teachers. But they are adding more advanced classes like ECE English and Science, APA classes for Sophomore's, and they are adding language classes too.
I love that there are so may options and opportunities to explore different areas that you might be interested in, whether it is academically or in different trades.
E.C. Goodwin was an interesting experience. As a Freshman, administrators will be by your side assisting and help students cope with high school life. As a Sophomore high school drama will exceed more than was expected, but capable. Once reaching Junior year, you will experience pressure like no other in the 4 years of attending the school with SATs and classwork, but you also have an opportunity to enroll in Early College Experience (ECE) provided by UCONN. When Senior year comes along there will be alot of challenges that will need to be faced from keeping your grades high will all the mental strength you have left to the responsibilities from your shop/trade.
