My experience at Eaton Rapids High School was moderately good. The teachers and staff there made you feel at home; they cared about every student in that building no matter who you were. By just walking into the building every morning you could tell that the staff weren't just there for the money. Most of the time they would stand out infront of their classrooms and greet you with the warmest smiles. If something were to happen and you aren't having the best day, most times the teachers would recognize that and go out of their way to make sure you are okay. I developed a lot of relationships with the staff at Eaton Rapids High School and although High School wasn't necessarily the best experience, the staff made it worth it every single day.
The only Eaton Rapids on earth. Eaton Rapids High School is set in a small town with a movie set feel. The perfect place to get an education, live, and forge friendships that will last a lifetime. I feel so humbled to have been raised in a community that truly supports one another. It takes a village to raise a good kid! I’m so thankful for my high school experiences, and the teachers that supported me along my education journey!
I like most teachers there but I wish they had more educational programs. Such as college readiness courses, IB, and dual enrollment programs. There is AP classes starting in 10th grade which is good. I take advanced classes in 9th grade because there aren’t any honors.
