After I graduate, I will find myself missing my school that taught me the EATON acronym. "E" for excellence, showing me to always strive to meet my goals, and nothing is ever out of reach. "A" for awareness, showing me that being aware of myself and others is most important when building relationships. "T" for tenacity, which taught me to never give up even though everything seems against me. "O" for ownership, making me take note of how I messed up and make sure I do better. Finally, “N” for noteworthiness, which showed me that I need to take pride in my work whether it’s an essay or a simple email.
Eaton High School taught me to be the best version of myself. Sometimes I wished for more diversity, but I will always be thankful for the wonderful life lessons I learned.

I like that Eaton is like a family, and we show the attributes of out Eaton acronym: Excellence, Awareness, Tenacity, Ownership, and Noteworthiness. I do think my high school needs to work on respect though because many of the lowerclassmen, particularly, are very disrespectful to their peers, teachers, and most everyone else.
Eaton High School is diverse and equal. It does not matter if you play sports or if you're in band or choir, band, or art. Everyone is involved in something different but it does not separate us as a student body. It's also a historic school and with that comes legacy and tradition which is a beautiful thing to be apart of of. However, I do wish there were more traditions but since covid-19, most of the past traditions were dropped and I would like to see them return as things begin going back to normal.
