Eastlake High school is a rather unique school. It is filled with People who like computers or high school jocks. There is no in between! Though, there would be some phenomenal things that could make it easier. Everyone should treat everyone as human and with respect. Some staff could show attitudes, and some students could do the same, but most importantly, our AP and Principal should treat all of us as human.
Eastlake high school has been a great learning experience from getting exposure of the working world and preparing us the students to be mentally and physically prepared. Just by helping me and others to problem solve and contemplate through our logical way. By this all the school staff were all useful and helpful to each and every one. Furthermore, there is some things that can change or improved in Eastlake by making the school environment a more healthier place for my peers to make them more comfortable and safe in there surroundings. Also, a thing that can change is adding more life skills in school therefore, being prepared as well with knowing how and what to do in situation for adult hood. such as, bills like what type of bills and when we should pay it, taxes, employment and etc. All these things we need to be prepared so we won’t struggle and stress when these things happens. So what i’m trying to say is eastlake need to bring awareness to help us all succeed in the future.
I do like the majors and that they have different opportunities there. Like a lot of other high school's, your dependent on yourself on what you want to pursue in. The teachers are always open for questions and will help you in any way you just have to ask. The fine arts in that school is a big deal the only problem ,to me, in that school is that they don't showcase it much. Out of the whole year only one pep rally is in the school. There are students in the school that give all they can so why can't they show it off more? Another thing is it does take long for the counselors to do your schedule but isn't that every other school too? Despite these little problems, the diversity in the school is what makes the school. I have seen different races in the school that makes me think that El Paso, Texas is not mostly Latino! Any who, this school has nice opportunities for a educational path to your future life.
