Georgetown Independent School District (ISD) serves students living in Georgetown, Texas.

Georgetown ISD serves nearly 12,000 students at 10 elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, and two alternative campuses.

VISION: Home of the most inspired students, served by the most empowered leaders.

MISSION: Inspiring and empowering every learner to lead, grow, and serve.

GISD boasts a 97% graduation rate, an average SAT score of 1113 (+77 over the state average), and an ACT score of 23.1 (+2.5 over the state average). Students have the option of participating in a variety of programs: 13 athletic programs, 16 Fine Arts programs, and five GISD schools that offer Dual Language programs.

One of the fastest-growing cities in America, Georgetown is known for its family-friendly community, beautiful town square, and it is the 3rd overall safest city in the U.S. according to safehome.org. Georgetown is a great place to live, work, and go to school.
