East Ridge is a small school with few students, but it has a very nice campus and offers many opportunities for students to succeed. There are a lot of ground roots efforts in this school regarding certain clubs and sports start-up teams. It offers a laid-back environment where there are a lot of choices depending on what you want to do. Compared to other schools in this area the school may struggle more with test scores and the ability to keep well-qualified staff, but it offers everything you would need to achieve great academic and athletic feats. There are many staff members here who truly care about you and your success.
Average school. They have not prepared me for college. I have had little to no science. No one has helped me apply for school’s or scholarships. My parents have had to do all of this.
I’m going into my senior year at East Ridge and it’s truly been the best high school experience. The teachers are all loving, caring, and truly do motivate and challenge their students to do their absolute best. The staff also took so much effort into protecting the students. I would recommend East Ridge to anybody looking for a high school. Roll tribe!
My experience at East Ridge High School is really good. I started school there in 2017 and like everyone else starting high school I was scared. The teachers are extremely helpful and friendly and would gladly help anyone who needed help. The classes are amazing and if you ever get stuck on something the teachers make sure to help you until you have improved. My all time favorite part of attending school there is you’re free to be you and not be judged.
My high school experience at East ridge was truly a great experience. The staff is amazing and really makes every one feel at home. I am so saddened by how we had to end things this year. Beyond the memories and all my friends that I have grown with over the years, the worst part was leaving the building and all my warrior family for the last time and not knowing it. I will always love East ridge from the bottom of my heart
I like the environment of the area, how involved people can be within the school. However, something that needs to be changed is the matter of relationships and being rewarded for who you know. While many of the teachers were my greatest supporters, everyone has their favorites.
Our school is such an amazing place for young students to learn. My peers have beacome my family and my teachers have become my mentors. I love the community at East Ridge and I always feel like I learn something new every day.
Overall, an enjoyable school. Lack of variety of classes to choose from. Staff were wonderful, treated every student with respect. Very helpful, helped students with resources to find scholarships and other college opportunities.
I moved to Kentucky after living in Arizona for 16 years, and attended East Ridge HS for my senior year. Very nice community of people, and teachers are nice as well.
I enjoyed this school, the teachers were always helpful. They went out of their way to make sure students were understanding the material.
The teachers are absolutely amazing and if you chose the right ones you’ll definitely have a challenge on your hands. They truly do care about the students and will try their best to get you where you need to be!
East Ridge is a fun filled, and amazing school filled with awesome people and amazing teachers. I am an oncoming senior and I have lower every second of being at East Ridge!
East Ridge is a great school. It has a beautiful campus, and is just absolutely breath taking. Our teachers and staff are excellent. You always have someone to lean on if you have no one else. If you ever need help, always ask. Every teacher is willing to help students achieve their goal. No one is ever left out. There is nothing I would change about my school, because I love it and the atmosphere.
From the time I walked into the school my freshman year, I knew it was truly a unique school from the beginning. I felt like I could fit in easily there. The school is overall safe while fights happen here and there but at what school don't they? The teachers are amazing( the ones I had) they made sure you knew how to do that lesson before they continued on. Where its a rather smaller school( about 700 students) there are smaller class room sizes which I personal like better. The lunchroom food is alright on days, it's probable the same steriotype about lunchroom food that it stinks or isn't good. East ridge's food is rather good most days especially hollidays. There are plenty of sports and clubs to attend though I didn't attend any my freshman year I plan on joining track sophmore year. So overall my experience at east ridge was a great one and I'd give it a big four out of five stars
i really like my over all visit and i wish i could go back and do it all again but i cant so now i am ready to take on the world and by doing so i would love your help with a great scholarship. i wouldn't change anything even if i could.
I think it is a wonderful school and both of my daughters went there. My youngest daughter plans to go there in2018. The teachers and counselors help my daughters so much with everything. I would recommend this school to anyone.
I recently graduated from East Ridge High School in June 2015. I am now attending Eastern Kentucky University.
I am really glad I attended East Ridge High School, it helped me become who I am today, and i would never change that.I also got to meet and make friends that i know I will have for life. Most of the teachers are kind and treat every child like their own, no matter what it was one of the teachers would know something was wrong and ask me if I was okay, or wanted to talk. After you graduate many of people think they will never talk to their teachers again from high school or that the teachers don't want nothing to do with them because they have graduated. East Ridge is very different, I still hear from many of the teachers I was close to and they are still there whenever i need them. No matter if it is help with college homework or just someone to talk to, they are always easy to reach and happy to help and hear from you. The staff st East Ridge High School will always hold a special place in my heart.
