East Richland Christian School is a wonderful and amazing school for all ages. While the food isn’t great, the chairs are a little squeaky, and the floors a little dirty, the overall culture and teacher experience makes up for all of that. When you go to school rarely do teachers care about your personal lives. But, at ERCS teachers want to come along side of you in meetings, small groups, and positive interactions. This creates a very warm environment among the students and teachers. However, problems still arise. Sometimes the student body gets pitted against the administration, and I would like to see unity arise and overcome all in my school.
East Richland Christian Schools is a smaller Christian school in Eastern Ohio. For example, my graduating class is made up of 20 kids. What I like about this is that due to the smaller classes, that one-on-one time with your teachers is very accessible. Also, everyone knows who everyone is, so it makes it a homey environment. By the time you become a senior, you know everyone from faculty to the seventh graders. One thing that I would like to see change is more student involvement.
East Richland has academics that will prepare your child for college. They have teachers that truly care about their students and go above and beyond for them. Teacher:student ratio is low. They have been awarded for their STEM program. Teachers, students, parents and staff are a working team that want each student to succeed and take the path that's right for the individual student.
