I love the students and most of the teachers are very nice!! There’s not bullying and they welcomed me when I was new. We have a good sports program for boys soccer and basketball and girls volleyball
I like how everybody is connected.
I don't really like the school uniform, it's really uncomfortable and I find it hard to focus.

Has a great Godly environment where you can make lasting friendships and enjoy sports. Great academics that are advanced than most schools but definitely help out alot in life!
East Moline Christian School is a wonderful school that uses the Abeka curriculum and teaches students about God. I enjoy this school because the teachers have a personal relationship with their students and strive for their students to become the best they can be. Sports and classes are enjoyable. Good school overall.
Good godly environment but also very liberal and legalistic which is hard to deal with sometimes. Bathrooms could use an update.
I am so thankful for this school and all of the teachers. The Lord has greatly blessed it and prospered it as it provides a Biblically based learning environment. I have grown so much in both my knowledge of different subjects and in my relationship with God.
I Like the attitudes of the students and teachers at the school and a thing that could change would be that we don’t have as much homework
It taught me a lot of school necessary items. Plus Christian morals and how to be god like. Even though I am still in EMCS it has been a blast.

When it comes to academics and sports, I would say the school does a great job. Many students that I've come across have been academically amazing. Most of the teachers are great, even if hard to communicate with sometimes. Overall, very decent 👍
The staff care greatly for every student. The academics are superb and the atmosphere is unlike any public school in the area.
When I attended East Moline Christian School, aside from the favorite students, the rest were treated cruelly by teachers. We were screamed at, never allowed to speak out of turn, and in the many cases I was personally blamed for something I had not done, I was never allowed to defend myself. The favorite students were never punished, even when they were bullying others. I would become physically ill each morning before school, which eventually developed into chronic migraines that I deal with nearly a decade later.
Terrible - In all aspects.
Zero (or minus rating). The judgment day is coming soon Pastor! be prepared to answer what you have done emotionally and what you have taught (about false faith) to all these kiddos.
Parents - Please be careful with this school, when your kids come out from this school, they will realize how backward they are in all the subjects & in social life. Glad we had to move out from this area and now my kids are in a different Christian school, and I could tell the difference clearly. Parents, please don't play with your kid's life, invest in some other good Christian or Charter schools. I have been in multiple states across the US, this school is the worst in the country!!!

I spent eight years at this school. It pushed me to become a student, athlete, and individual. The small environment produces friendships as strong as family.
EMCS has been very good to my family and me. The teachers can be harsh, but that is what I expect from teachers. They push you to be so much better and achieve more than you thought you could achieve. There are also many fun things that EMCS does throughout the year that keep it fresh and fun.
The so called pastor is a liar, Chauvinist,( when I had a problem with my son being bullied he said and I quote " maybe you should have his father come into talk to me", he is a hypocrite and in my opinion a big fat liar! My son went there from 2003 to 2013. He was bullied by a student who would try to choke him. This student's mother was my son's teacher. when I told the so called pastor that if that student put his hands on my son again I would have charges brought against the student. that student stopped but his mother my son's teacher start to subtly bully my son. The so called pastor and his wife are also bullies as they tried to bully me several times when I had a complaint and I witness them try to bully my son. While he was there his grades were not good and he was held back the year I pulled him out. Since he has been in public school he has been and A and B student. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL IT IS NOT A REAL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL THEY ARE SO ALL ABOUT THE MONEY
The curriculum's foundation for early education is strong and worth the money. Diversity? Elementary is where it stops; and for good reason. Most of our International friends are under the 7th grade. They come to get a good foundation in reading, writing, math, and a safe Biblical background then (very wisely) transfer them to an ACTUAL COLLEGE PREP school (public or private) with a STEM-based curriculum that prepares students for good higher learning. EMCS has no guidance counselor in any form; a TERRIBLE tool to NOT have in a high school. Core class teachers change every year or half year; By the time students/teachers adapt, the year or teacher is gone causing many students struggle in the math and sciences at Real universities and colleges missing out on MANY scholarships. The school's only "college prep" focus, (pressure) is toward Pensacola Christian College; a decent, cheap school in Florida with accreditation issues. (I recommend QC Christian)
