East High School was a great school! The faculty and administration do a nice job working with students to prepare them for college and trying to keep them on the right track. However, I do believe that the grading system they have input is not helping students get into college mode. Why? SRG grading makes it okay to try in an assignment months after it is due.Students need those deadlines to prepare them for college. Allowing late assignments only allows bad habits to be made. On another note, the diversity is amazing and I would love for that to continue. Overall, I felt that I was pushed to achieve great things and do believe that teachers genuinely care about their students. That made my experience at East a great one!

My experience at East High School has been great! Ever since i was a freshman, most teachers are looking out for your best interest. Our sports teams are great, like a second family. Academics and extra-curricular activities there are so many to choose from, and they're all so welcoming to everyone! Also has school pride everywhere!
Academic system is very poor and with a grading system on a basis for elementary children. Lack of homework for students to prep for college. Lack of college help and counselors are never available. Very diverse school with many people celebrating the school activities. Sports suck because teams suck. Basketball and football lost most games, which was funny to see happen.
