It is a very diverse, welcoming school. The faculty, principal, assistant principals, guidance counselors, etc. want to see you succeed. Faculty and even the administrators will push you as hard as they can to see you strive through your four years of high school. With words of encouragement, extra help with work, fun activities that keep you engaged, EHHS is a school that cares. They care about your education, your safety, and your well being. They prepare you for the real word, for college, post-secondary plans; whatever is right for you! EHHS has any thing that is for you and if they don't, you have the opportunity to make something for you. This school has three core values and that is to Be Safe, Be Respectful, and to Be Honest. EHHS focuses on keeping students and parents happy. My high school was always fun, I cannot say I left high school without learning a thing. EHHS felt like family and it shaped me to be who I am today.
East Hartford is a great school when it comes to involvement and support team. Staff is always there to help when you need it and they're super encouraging in times of stressful situations, such as getting ready for college. East Hartford High School is very diverse and students are friendly and welcoming to all peers and staff. There is great extra clubs and activities that help students get involved and prepared for the social skills needed for the outside world.
My high school experience has been very eventful. It went by so fast! High school was not really difficult for me because I had great teachers who provided me with a great support system. The environment of my school is very diverse and makes me feel very comfortable. My school offers a lot of opportunities to help us prepare for college like AP Classes & many meetings to help us stay on track. We have many sports and clubs suitable for many students and different types of people.
