East Columbus High School is very enthusiastic about sports and some academic events. The teachers at East Columbus are very involved in the students lives and activities, they are also very helpful to their students to succeed at their future involving college and career. The classes are based around local jobs so it will be easier to start a career after high school without college experience, even if the experience will be enhanced by more education found in a university. Southeastern works with East Columbus by giving free college classes to those who qualify and those who can handle the extra classes, the college classes count towards their GPA and courses taken.

I enjoyed my time at East Columbus High School. It is a very diverse school with many opportunities. I would like to see East Columbus improve in preparing students for college and life after high school. It would be nice to see them offer more AP and college readiness courses.
If you have a parent that is extremely involved with this school then you will have a great experience because their is more leverage towards that person to satisfy their wants. However, if a student has a parent who cares less about their students education then the student is pretty much disregarded as a lower person that the ones who have a greater pull. The students who have the upper hand are as follows: They are financially gifted, they work within the school systems, they actually care for THEIR childs' education only.

Also, I should clarify, there are no extremely bad students. There are two brackets of this school which include the over-priviledged and the mediocre.
