I graduated East Central Highschool on June 6th 2015. Those four years had to be some of the most magnificent years of my life!
I grew so much as an individual, and learned lessons that I actually still use to this day!
Although my senior year was possibly one of the most stressful years with college and trying to be an adult yet trying to enjoy the last few months of Highschool.
Most of my teachers were amazing, especially Ms. Serrano, one of the best AP English teachers I have ever had.
In conclusion, I had the time of my life at EC. Met people I am still very close to this day, memories I will never forget and lessons that will follow me always!
Review East Central High School
I do like my school! It is a great campus filled with an even greater staff that is determined to help us graduate and move us onto bigger and better things.
If I would want to see a change, it would be to provide more Dual credit classes and AP classes. That way, high schoolers are able to graduate with more college credits. Although I am graduating this year with college credits form both AP and Dual Credit courses, I would like to have been provided with more classes with teachers who are equipped to teach the rigorous classes.
The non AP classes are very loud and not all that educational, however a lot of the teachers keep trying to get their students to learn and get them interested in the subject. The AP teachers are really good at helping their students succeed in class and follow their goals. The Staff are all friendly even the less nicer looking ones. According to transfer students the lunch here is better than other schools. The library is usually available for students and have a woman who helps all students with college or other preparations. The counselor are very busy but are good with attempting to student needs. Their aren't usually many fights or any big event so it's boring but when it comes to school boring is better. Their are many clubs and many are created and are open to everyone. The sports are ok, the atheletes will promote each other and push each other to practice and work hard.
