The Early College of Forsyth is an incredible school. I was introduced to such a wide variety of people, cultures and opinions. It was a very welcoming space when I first got there and it's very easy to be involved in the community when there. I also really love the environment, since it's usually very clean and relaxing. However, if I could change something, it would be student involvement. For my first two years, the students were very involved in decisions made in the school, making experiences enjoyable, since we could essentially create them. However, it changed a lot and now we don't have much of a say in the events that happen, or even just rules that are created. Our input as students is really important to create a welcoming community, and to continue enjoying school. Though school is still enjoyable, if us students were more involved, we would love it even more.
I've been a student at Early College since I was a freshman and I can truly say that this is a top-notch school. I first came into Early College not knowing what to expect. I had no friends and knew absolutely no one. By the first hour of school, I had already made two friends and by my senior year, I had friends I considered family. Early College has made me feel at home and everyone there are truly amazing people. The teachers, the students, and the staff are great! And although it is a small school, the diversity there is amazing. It also comes with many benefits, the main one being graduating with both an associate's degree and a high school degree. Thanks to Early College, I was able to find myself and a career of my interest.
Early college is like no other traditional high school or magnet school it’s in its own category Early college is the best decision I could’ve made. Going into early college all the upperclassman were always nice and always wanted to help you navigate around the school. The classrooms are small and the teachers are all so amazing they know how to teach and they also care about you a lot. Overall, my early college experience has been amazing I’ve learned so much and I’m going to graduate with an associates degree I don’t know why a lot of students don’t even apply to it they should it’s the best!
