I can say nice things... Easily the best thing about this school is the teachers. Almost every teacher, especially those who have been at the school for at least 5 years, is an amazing person, both personally, and as an academic leader for students.

HOWEVER...

The administration is terrible. Though they have been improving somewhat recently, they have been consistently ignorant of the wants and wishes of students, and have been dragging their feet in implementing changes that have been requested for years (i.e., any engineering class). Focus on expansion is exclusive to the lower school (elementary to middle), and the upper school (high-school) has been all but left behind. Clubs are almost always sub-par. Cafeteria food is still terrible, even though they apparently hired proper chefs three years ago (but the same presumably underpaid employees have been serving us slop for six years). The science department is half incompetent, and half overqualified.

The classes are hard but the teachers will help you through it .Most of the teachers come in early to help students and stay late. Our school is really small but is growing quickly so recently our administration is working on creating more community events. Course offerings in high school are not very diverse, but as our student body grows the school has shown interest in expanding course options. As an incoming senior who has been there since fifth grade, I have been through several moves and renovations with the school as it grows in size and each time we get a new space it is used and students are generally pleased with its use. We just got a new catering service and the pizza is so good I can't wait to try more of the food! Our school is small and rigorous, if you put in the work you will be well prepared for college and beyond.
The (high) school overall was an amazing experience. Challenging classes, dedicated teachers, and a good atmosphere. The only problem with it that I found was the lack of support for students looking for college credit during high school. There were very few AP options and they made rules that purposefully discouraged PSEO classes. However, I did find that the classes offered at Eagle Ridge were just as difficult as my college classes, sometimes harder.

Also, there are a lot of rules. By the time I was a senior and doing full-time college (PSEO), coming back for one high school class every day was tiring and annoying.
