Eagle High School Reviews

I moved to EHS my Freshman year. I was a very timid Freshman and still remember the uneasy feeling I had before I started my first day of Freshman year. From the first day of my Freshman year to now my teachers at Eagle High have been very welcoming and supportive. They are there to push you and challenge you to be better but they also are the first ones to offer strategies to help you and allow you to grasp the topics you do not understand. As you walk throughout the hallways teachers will go out of their way to acknowledge you, at EHS the teachers and staff develop a relationship with you that gives you a sense of comfort. It's comforting to know that your teachers care about you and want you to be the best that you can be!
Eagle High school is an institution that has prepared me for college and my future. Throughout my high school experience, I have participated in four AP classes, over 8 honor classes and 10 college courses with over 25 college credits earned. I could not have done this without my amazing school. Teachers are supportive and interesting to listen to. I have made connections with all of my teachers and feel comfortable going to them for advice and help. Being in Idaho there is little diversity. Most people have the same political views, grew up in similar families and economic situations. Other than this Eagle High has been an amazing school where I have learned hard work and social skills while working with teachers and peers.
I really enjoy going to school at Eagle High. The academics are fantastic, despite a few subpar teachers in the science department. Aside from strictly the books, Eagle truly is a community. I love seeing members of the community at football games and watching the student section unite to cheer on the team. We have a ton of school spirit and we like to get loud, which has made my high school experience even better. Some administrative decisions are annoying, such as the change in dresscode after three years and additional strictness on it. Overall, I like Eagle High.
