Eisenhower Middle School is, for the most part, a wonderful school with a mostly wonderful staff. However, there are a few things I think could be changed in order to make it better. For one, the clubs and activities could much more advertised and supported. Sports have a heavy focus but there weren’t many clubs, at least when I went there.

I loved the sports programs at Eisenhower. I played 3 sports while at middle school, which kept me busy and energetic. The coaches were great and personal and I learned a lot from them. I still keep in touch with a few of them and love talking to them. They helped pave my future without me knowing it.
Some teachers are amazing but some don't care about anything but getting through the day. The curriculum is too easy, the advanced classes learn the same thing as the regular classes. Most kids get what they want out of scheduling. Teachers give lots of homework and expect it the next day. Teachers invite students to stay after school but aren't happy to have them stay. The most popular classes are choir only because students think its an easy grade.
