Personally, all that I like about Dunloggin Middle School is that it is smaller than average at about 600 students, which makes for smaller classes that I like. I also like that Dunloggin has wetlands right next to it, so sometimes we go out there for science class. However, I wish that Dunloggin would get renovated since the school is 43 years old. Dunloggin only has one story, whereas my elementary school has two. Most of the teachers at Dunloggin are great, however some of them don't really understand the students and are always a little bit mad. The family and consumer sciences teacher is a great example. Dunloggin is a pretty good school overall, but their staff choice is not always the best.

Bathroom and locker cleanliness was never a priority, half the teachers in 8th grade year were terrible, the school itself was boring, depressing, and built like a prison, with some classrooms having no windows or natural lighting. The food was like cardboard and the custodians hardly did a god job... the counselors often provided no support and would slack off often. There was hardly any involvement with clubs or sports because of the lack of activities provided. The administration would not work to solve problems with bullying or problematic students at all.
Great teachers, great environment, great diversity, bullying is extremely rare and all conflicts that arise are handled professionally. Would highly recommend attending. School lunched aren't that bad either.
