DSST: Conservatory Green High School Reviews
Rating 4.32 out of 5 28 reviews
Very good school with rigurous and challenging courses. Supportive and attentive staff members as well as good school mates. Lots of club and sports opportunities and easy access to resources. I haven't had any issues with the school, and I have been going to Conservatory Green since middle school. Built really good relationships with other students and was given lots of good opportunities, especially when it comes to college. They are very big on college readiness and start preparing you for it as early as 6th grade. They have lots of different programs and field trips that give you the opportunity to connect with different colleges and to just get a feel for the college life. There is a lot of diversity, and all cultures are celebrated as well as respected. The students usually get along very well. I would definitely recommend this school for any incoming freshman or other grade levels looking for a good school.
I began school at Dsst my freshmen year which was the 2019-2020 school year. It was a rough start because i didn't know anyone who attended this school so i was the new guy. A whole different curriculum as well as environment. But the staff and students really helped me adapt to the school fast, They taught me how to stay on top of my grades and also how-to keep track of everything. Overall I believe that this school is so good at helping students focus on everything and helping them find something that they want to pursue in the future after they graduate. I could have not gone to a better high school. The teachers here are all great and are enthusiastic about their jobs and helping students learn.
It is a great school to consider, if you are up for the rigor of the classes and the responsibility the classes place on you. The school does a great job to keep you accountable in order to help merge you into college life. Additionally, the teachers are very supportive if you show the same amount of passion for the classes you take. Life here can be scary, like most high schools, however the support team and the admin help support you through the years. Of course, you can meet different people who may be great friends in the future. This school is a good choice for people who want to succeed academically in the future, with hard work and diligence present in this school culture.
