My experience at Dr. Wright L. Lassiter Jr. Early College High School has been amazing. This school has prepared me for college and has taught me many skills that I will need at a four year institution. Also, Lassiter allowed me to not only graduate with my high school diploma but as well as my Associate's Degree, which puts me two years ahead of my peers and potentially saves me a lot of money. Furthermore, this school has amzaing and caring faculty who will go out of their way to help the students, I'm a senior this year and I have been accepted to 18 colleges with 17 of them giving me scholarships. As of now I have over $400,000 in total from the schools.

In Lassiter Early College High school the High school/College experience is an amazing opportunity that was brought to me. My college readiness skills are my best strengths that will help me pursue my career in Marketing. Not having this strength will not allow me to perform well in University. Lassiter is and always will be the most impactful opportunity in my life allowing me to be prepared and mature with my decisions in life. Lassiter will allow me to graduate with an associates and High school degree. This school has also helped me create everlasting friendships that you only build in a well-rounded environment and has helped me be good in group projects.
Lassiter is an early college like no other. Alongside taking your normal high school classes, you are actually taking real college classes with real college professors and students. This school really prepares you and sets you up for college success. However, the school's class size, students, and goal (graduating with a diploma and associates) make it very fast paced, and you must keep up in order to so well in the school.
