Attending school at Dr. Michael Krop High School has been a good transition from my previous school in a different state. Krop has the right amount of diversity among its staff and students. The teachers really want to see the students succeed outside of high school and begin to prepare them early on for the real world. They provide you with all the materials you need to become successful and do so in such way where you are practically independent. Safety at the school is also a great aspect. Security at the school build connections with the students ensuring great relationships and understandings. The school cap adviser is an extremely resourceful person at Krop. He informs the students, freshman through seniors, about college readiness. With the cap adviser present, all students at Krop should be attending college. Dr. Michael Krop is a excellent school to attend and I would recommend it to any new comers to the Miami-Dade area!

My experience with Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School was AMAZING! Freshman and Senior year was obviously my favorite year because of who wouldn't enjoy the start of something new and finally being in highschool, then finally ending the long journey to start another one in college. Krop is such a college readiness school. All throughout my Junior year they was basically prepping you for college. Lets not forget Krop haves the best Magnet, Preforming Arts and Extracurricular Activities.
Even though at the end it started to get rough with the underclassmen, Krop was a great school. The last four years of my life have been nothing but growth. Krop has something for everyone. Rumor has it that they got rid of one of the assistant principals, so Krop should be whipped back into shape, just like my freshman. I will say that Krop was under better leadership with the previous principal. I feel like Dr. Harley is still trying to find her way, through out the school. She needs to try a little harder, but she gets an A in my book.:) I personally think Ms. Clappier should be principal. Shout out to the best class

Class of 2017!
