I went there for 7 years, from pre-K to 5th grade, and honestly, it was pretty good. The teachers were nice, and the library was big. Plus they had two floors and an elevator, and for little me that seemed pretty cool.
It is important for school districts to know of and understand the relationship between pollution from vehicle exhaust and poor health. People must make this connection. Motorists in general should get in the habit of not letting vehicles idle unnecessarily. It should be common sense. I took my child out of school because I wasn’t comfortable with the amount of time he’s spending outside inhaling gas fumes.
