Dows Lane Elementary School Reviews

1 review
This school is academically very poor and has nothing to offer to a smart student. I have had children in every grade at Dows Lane and my youngest is now going into third grade. Some teachers are so awful, that they shouldn't be teaching at all. They come to school just to get a paycheck. There may be good teachers at the school, but my family hasn't been lucky to have them. It is a shame that the "bad apples" aren't disciplined and made to obey a certain academic progress. If you are a tenured teacher at this school it seems that you can do whatever you want: be lazy, miss a lot of days of school and just not care at all about the kids' education. It is a shame for the district that so much taxpayers' money goes into such a poor educational institution. There is no accountability at any level whatsoever.
