For those parents and families that value an education that, in addition to very high academic expectations, places a premium on character development within a loving family atmosphere, look no further than Dominican High School. What makes this school more unique is that this private school fosters high, individually driven, academic achievements within a non-stressful atmosphere. No matter the student's background, academic gifts or challenges the atmoshpere is welcoming for the full student body. The supportive faculty and staff will not overlook those students that need extra academic support! My students are transfer students and within one week they felt not only acclimated, they felt a part of a large caring family.

As a current parent, we cannot say enough how exceptional DHS is. It is truly a family in every aspect. Administration and teachers know every student by name, know their goals and needs and make sure that both are met, whether it be getting into a select college or time spent helping a student prepare for a big audition, an upcoming test or prepping for a big game. Classmates truly want to see each other succeed and are encourage each other along the way. DHS builds service and commitment to giving back to the community right into the curriculum and students graduate leaders in every aspect of the word. We are very fortunate to have Dominican instill and expect values and compassion and leadership in our children, learn respect in a diverse environment and rise to every occasion!
Dominican provides an incredible high school experience. Excellent academics. Outstanding faculty that truly cares about students and is available before, during and after school, to ensure every student maximizes their potential. Countless opportunities to get involved: sports, theater, clubs, campus ministry. Unlike most schools, Dominican students often participate in more than one type of activity. A culture of community and a sense of belonging. Regardless of background, interests, or grade, students become friends and have a sense of care for one another. The feeling of community extends to parents where lifelong friendships are often formed. Dominican's administration provides the leadership to create this amazing experience in Catholic Education not only for today, but for many years to come. Dominican prides itself on knowing every student by name, by need and by gift. This couldn't have been more true for our children. We have been blessed to have Dominican in our lives.
