DASH is honestly the best high school experience for any art and design oriented student. It’s located right in the heart of design district where we take walking field trips, have access to all of the nearby design exhibitions and have access to yearly Miami Art Basel Tickets. The curriculums are individualized by your core design election ( your options being, industrial design, graphic design, fashion design, architecture, and film). Guest speakers and recognized colleges frequently visit the campus and staff members are very hands on and provide so much guidance. Loved my experience here, would definitely recommend.
DASH is a great school with a wonderful environment. It's thorough artistic curriculum provides young artist the resources they need in order to thrive and develop their creativity. The combination of the program's artistic focus and strong academics does an excellent job at preparing students for college; DASH graduates tend to excel after graduation with their developed sense of independence. The faculty is extremely supportive and well seasoned in their designated areas of teaching. The tight-knit relationship and involvement with their students truly makes DASH a tight knit family.
While the school offers many opportunities, I think a more organized system for acknowledging the mental health and well-being of the students would be beneficial. Many students tend to feel overworked due to the schools demanding curriculum; I think increased communication between the students and faculty as well as implementing a sort of organized structure would enhance the DASH experience.

I love the school and so many opportunities for me came from here like getting a full ride scholarship to a precollege in NYC, winning awards, and finding design based competitions! I chose to go into fashion and DASH's curriculum really helped shape my future and give me a great head start! The location is great too it's right in the design district. I will forever be thankful for my education from DASH!
