Desert Hills Middle School is an absolutely amazing experience. The school is extremely well run and taken care of. Students are given every opportunity to grow and learn. The sports system, though slightly separated from the high school, is absolutely amazing. The biggest change needed is more solidified rules. At the beginning of the year a dress code was put in place, but was never followed. It was the same with a no phones without teacher permission rule. Other than that the school is great!

I feel like the Teachers were great but the new principle is very inexperienced. The building is very well kept. The classes are great but in math, you have to use this program called ALEKS and so the math teachers just have you do that and not teach you the material. Some of the English teachers don't really teach you but the other ones teach you extra stuff, there's really no in between. I would like for the teachers to get more involved with the students and actually show that they care about our edguaction.
I learn a lot and had some really good years. The teachers were all very nice and helped me whenever I asked for the help. They were willing to challenge me and then help me through those challenges. The years that I spent here were some of the best years.
