Overall, I have had a great experience at DePaul. Of course, some things could have been better, but that is typical with any high school. Depending on the classes you take, the teachers are very good and the coursework is challenging, but not so much that it is overwhelming. It is challenging enough that it prepares you for the next step. Sports are very big at the school, which is nice for athletes, but I wish the fine and performing arts program was a little larger. The student body is very diverse, which I loved because you were able to meet so many different people from different places and backgrounds. I have been able to make so many great friends at this school, and I have made many lasting memories. The guidance office is also outstanding, and I can safely say that I am prepared for college thanks to them and the school in general.

DePaul catholic High School gave me the best "high school experience" I could have ever asked for. This loving, caring environment included only people who wanted to see you succeed. All of the sporting events and social events brought students together. Academically, the school was challenging, but prepared me fully for college. DePaul is diverse and I personally have never witnessed or received any form of bullying. Many clubs can be found at DPCHS, the school even dedicates a whole class period once a week to clubs. There are many options for sport teams and also, DePaul is known for being a very athletic school having much success with football, wrestling, soccer and softball. The arts also were made important, having school musicals, plays and art shows, The cafeteria had good food, the cookies were always the biggest hit. The only change I would have liked to see would have been was the pricing of the parking passes for juniors and seniors.
By going to DePaul, I was given an amazing opportunity to reinvent myself, and meet amazing new friends. Teachers in the school helped students all the time and wanted to form great bonds with their students. Also, the VP Sister Jean is the most amazing and sweetest woman on this planet!
