While I think we have had amazing opportunities opened up for my son who attends DPCHS and we are overwhelmingly grateful for those, I am concerned about the administration, disciplinary policies, and academics. These seem to me to be subpar. This is primarily a leadership and culture issue. There is little to no communication with parents, as well, which is fairly off-putting. The only thing parents do is raise money for the school.
My son spent his freshman year without writing a single essay in his English class. His math class was good. Spanish was out of control.

My time at DePaul Catholic was excellent. DePaul Catholic had great diversity and people from all economic backgrounds etc. The school is one of the most spirited schools in New Jersey hands down. Also the academics of DePaul are strong where you have the opportunities to excel and prepare yourself for college and life. There are many benefits of DePaul being a co-ed catholic high school, Catholicism is the center of the school and every student will serve as brothers and sisters together. The class sizes are also another advantage of DePaul because they are not over filled and the teacher can really focus on helping the student.
Depaul Catholic HS was a safe place to go. I always felt like there was a place for me in one of the groups that they had. They have a very diverse student population and host international students, which is a really awesome experience for both parties! I really enjoyed my time there. They mandate laptop usage which makes the students more prepared for college and the consistent usage of computers there.
