I like that Demopolis High School provides different learning experiences for different levels of learners. They also have many opportunities, such as, dual enrollment with local 4 year universities. Demopolis High School also makes sure that they're students are well prepared for college. I also like how the ACT is incorporated into class each and everyday. However, the only thing I would like to see different is the cafeteria food. Most of the time it's unpleasing.

I like the fact that Demopolis High School has an AP program. It is very challenging and really helps you prepare for your future. They offer many clubs that can include most people. The people are friendly. Some of the teachers are really nice and want you to succeed. They will talk to you and leave notes on your paper to encourage you and tell you how you can improve. I also really appreciate the fact that there are three different levels of difficulty to fit all students (AP, Advanced, & Standard)
I dislike that the school is so small. The student enrollment is growing so changes need to be made in order to accommodate all the students. Some of the teachers just cannot teach, but you have that at every school. I dislike the workload at times. It is a LOT. Especially if you join a transport or a play. If you miss a lot of school in a higher level course (AP) then it is very hard to catch up on all your work.
There's absolutely nothing I would like to see change about DHS! I really like the fact that it is a school that has a great staff that encourages each and every student to strive to be our very best. There's also a helping hand if and when needed to ensure that you're not alone and that you can make it to be the best.
