Del Val is home to the most helpful, cheery, bright students, teachers, and athletes in Hunterdon County! All my teachers go the extra mile to help me and other students actually understand topics rather than slap a grade on our knowledge of a subject and move on. School sports bring our student section to life with chants, paint, and signs everywhere. Anyone’s a friend there as well. Everyone from the substitute teachers to the lunch ladies has an everlasting smile as well as contributes to the amazing standard and reputation of Delaware Valley Regional High School.

Del Val is small -- there's a very close ratio of teachers and students. I always am able to reach out to my teachers because of this, and thus I rarely struggle in class. Not to mention, all the teachers are very nice! They genuinely care about all their students.
I really enjoy the people who I'm surrounded by. The majority of people at Del Val are friendly and fun to be around. I believe the teachers are also very nice and helpful when it comes to needing extra help. One thing I'd like our school to change is becoming looser. At Del Val, we're not allowed to decorate our caps when we graduate or do a senior prank. Things like this excite seniors for their senior year and I wish we could do that at our school. Overall, Del Val is a very accepting place for anyone and everyone and I'm glad my high school experience was here!
