When I was growing up throughout elementary school and middle school, the school was great. The school was dedicated to helping students grow in Christ and teaching children God's word.
However, in high school, everything changed. The school got rid of a lot of teachers who had been there for years and got a new headmaster who came in and ruined everything. He hired all these new, right out of college teachers who were not qualified to teach APs, but did anyway. The school was focused more on getting students into the Ivy League schools and becoming a richer, better school that looked classier. Unlike the old head master, who knew everyone's name including mine, even when I was in elementary school, the new head master did not even know the name of my salutatorian, who had been at the school for 13 years. I would think twice about sending my kids there, now.

Delaware County Christian School has shaped me into the person I am today and taught me life lessons that I wouldn't have learned otherwise. Of course, no place is perfect and DC isn't for everyone, but it has been great for me! The teachers are fantastic and truly care about every student they teach. Some have trouble finding true friends, but if you look hard enough you'll find them!
My wife and I are so thankful for Delaware County Christian School. DC provides a top-notch Christian education that puts Christ first and foremost while not sacrificing anything academically. Students are well prepared for whatever the Lord has prepared for them in college, career, family, church etc. The faculty are second to none: they're incredibly knowledgeable, gifted teachers who care deeply for their students. There's no other school in the area that I'd rather have my children attend.
