Outstanding school! It offers many opportunities and classes that some other schools don't offer, for example, a large selection of AP classes. The teachers are amazing and as enthusiastic as the students are! Students are incredibly kind and easy to become friends with.

I love the teachers. They are extremely supportive and are willing to help at any time! The academics are excellent at this school. There are a lot of resources given to students that make learning a lot easier and fun. However, there isn't much diversity at this school. Also, the cafeteria food isn't the best. Most of the students are ready for college due to the intensive ap courses offered at Deep Run.
Where Deep Run lacked in diversity and friendliness in the student body, it made up for in academics. Almost every teacher was excellent in their own way and went up and beyond expectations I had for them. They pushed their students and were always encouraging them to shoot for the stars. The clubs are generally small, but a fantastic way to meet people and get more connected with the community. If there is one thing I could change about the school, it would be lessening the amount of judgmental students and create a more welcoming atmosphere.
