My husband and I both attended public school, and so did our son through eighth grade. Our son was looking for a high school with rigorous academics, sports, and a community that prioritized service over self, with teachers who were involved and caring. We found all of that and more at De Smet. He goes to school every day with a smile on his face, so we know it was the very best decision. And the Chinese program with Mrs. Tseng is one of a kind!
Fabulous experience for our five sons who have attended or are current students. Faith formation is second to none. Excellent college prep education. Most importantly, our sons have become Men for Others and know how to balance life in this crazy world in which they are living and realize it all circles back to their faith. Blessed and privileged to be a part of this amazing community!
De Smet is such a wonderful environment for young men to learn and grow! I have 3 sons who attended/are attending and we are so happy with every aspect of De Smet. The teachers are very caring and dedicated, the academics are excellent and there is such a wide variety of activities and clubs for all types of different interests.
