Davis Senior High is an excellent school, whether it be for academics, college readiness, clubs, interactions with the campus, and sports. As for academics, each course has rigor and you have to try. Thankfully, if you are in a hard class all you have to do is talk to your counselor about your problems or issues. Davis readies you for college by having a broad spectrum of APs and honors. Clubs help you begin to interact with others and are easy to get some kind of position in the club. Sports! They are amazing, we do extremely well in most categories like running, swimming, tennis, basketball and all the members include you as well as the coaches.

An average high school, except for partial academic competitiveness that stems from AP students. Primarily White, then Asian with a few Black and Hispanic students. I wish the school took racial, anti-semitic and LGBT issues better to heart and create strategies that would actually help decrease "childish" hate crime rates. However, I haven't attended another high school that has done better.
Davis Senior High School is a very good school academic wise. The classes are challenging and students are very competitive. Everyone wants to do their best and surpass others, making the environment very competitive. Sometimes it can be too much, the pressure and the stress to take as many AP classes, to be on Varsity Team Sports, to do a many extracurriculars, but if you pause for a second to recollect yourself, school can be a great learning environment. I feel very fortunate to attend such a great school which such good learning experience.
