At Davis County High the teachers and staff are there for you no matter what. They prepare you for adult life and push you out of your comfort zone. They give you the resources to ace your academics, be scholarship worthy in sports, and have fun with friends and family in extra curricular activities. Davis County High is made up of a range of students and staff all with differences and special qualities.

If I could change anything I would make the food a little less nutritional and better tasting.

The Davis County Community High School is a very welcoming environment. We are a small school therefore everyone knows everyone and there is no hesitation to have another's back. The teachers here do an excellent job when treating us firm, fair, and consistent. They see us as people rather than numbers flowing through the halls. The staff and faculty do an amazing job when keeping on task and making sure our time in high school is spent well. One of my favorite memories of being a Davis County Mustangs will have to be during our "friday night lights" all the students, friends, and members of the community coming together to cheer on our sports team coming together as one. having enough fun to last a lifetime.
All the teachers were really welcoming and helpful when I first transferred. I mean that in the best way, when I needed help they were there but when I had everything I needed figured out, they were back to their own lives or helping other students. They help you when you need it but also prepare you for doing things on your own and being able to figure out situations without full assistance. There are some different teaching styles among the teachers but none of which is really better than another, they all efficiently get you where you need to be. As for knowledge, it seems to me that the teachers are only knowledgeable in what they're required to be knowledgeable in. Overall, very caring staff and approachable.
