Zachary Community Public School are great! As a student, I have the opportunity to be educated by some of the most caring, creative, and motivating teachers in the State of Louisiana. They present lessons in a project-based learning format. As a result, learning is fun, engaging, and exciting!

Zachary schools provide their students with countless resources and opportunities for growth. However, with the major migration for other schools in the area to Zachary Community Schools, their is a major focus on increasing the safety of the students. In the Zachary High School, this includes changes in regulations, such as no hooded sweatshirts on campus. Also, monthly lockdown drills were implemented to combat drug possession and perform mass uniform checks.
Zachary has great teachers and many activities to get involved in. The academics are 1st rate. However, there is a big communication problem at Zachary. There are a lot of opportunities, but many of them pass because students didn't know about them to take advantage of them.
