Being at Windsor High you do get experienced to different cultures especially when you meet kids who are exchange students either for the year or the semester. Also the environment has its ups and downs where there are days which are very boring, others that are fun, and even some days that people seem like they want to get into fights the whole time. The academics is varied because you can get course that really specify to what you want to do in college and even if you just want to take the bare minimum to pass the year. Sports is a big thing, depending on which sport, where people come out and support but mostly it's about our football and boys basketball team.

Windsor School District gave me an average-to-above-average experience during my time in its schools. Overall, i didn't face much opposition for my race, ethnicity, or religion. As far as what could improve, I feel that there could be better security in the schools, as far as having more security or police officers present in the event that a danger were to be on or near school grounds.
Windsor High School was a great experience for me. Coming from Haiti, they made sure I had all the resources that I would need to thrive and succeed. All though not all teachers are willing to go over the limit for the students, there many faculty members who are ready to do everything to make sure that the students are in a safe environment and that they have all the resources they need.
