Williamsville is a very tight knit community that is very supportive of its students. Athletics are excellent and even though we compete at a lower class, we always go out and challenge schools at higher classes and are quite successful.
Regarding academics, Williamsville does an excellent job of preparing students for college life as well as the real world. Teachers are very hands on and will make every attempt to help a student succeed.
Safety at the school is fine and the facilities are better than average for a small town. Overall, for a public school it is one of, if the best, in our Springfield Illinois Area.

All the teachers are very helpful, it has a lot of resources available to students, and for every sport, all of the coaches emphasize the student in student athlete. They don't just care about how you do while you are in school but they care years later and that is very evident when I always see former students here asking questions to teachers about college.
Our school district, for being "smaller," really is great. I am able to take advanced placement classes, foreign language and have access to teachers outside the classroom. It also is a fun place to go to school. There are a variety of clubs and other organizations as well as a variety of athletics.
